Language Week

Language gives voice to thought, emotion, and identity, shaping the way we understand the world and one another. Reflecting this spirit, CIRS celebrated Language Week from 13 to 18 October 2025. Organised by the Language Department, the week featured engaging and interactive activities for students across grade levels, beginning with an inspiring address by the Head of the Department. Highlights included a spirited Language Run representing Sanskrit, Hindi, Tamil, and French, a Senior Quiz, a Multilingual Musical Programme, and a Handwriting Competition for Classes I–VIII. The celebrations fostered appreciation for linguistic diversity, creativity in expression, and effective communication, with enthusiastic participation from students throughout the week.
